I've been calling for a week just trying to get information about the property, I'll look else where. Edit: Since I’ve gotten the response below I’ve still haven’t received any help or anything.

Does this place even have management?! I called for several weeks leaving many voice mails and no one ever called back. I went to the office, which they claim is open from 8 to 5 monday Wednesday and Friday but no one was ever there. Very disappointing since the property looks relatively nice.

It's a nice quiet area. I didn't have any major issues with them. Management is friendly with our family. However; I do know some one who had some issues with the management and had to leave the place because of it. So I would say it's a case by case.
Forever waited almost a year
I'm not sure how it works with section 8. Because they are the federal section 8 income base. Close to Walmart, and major highway. Neighborhood is quite. They can do better job cleaning around the apartment complex.
