Do they accept section 8 and is the community conveniently located to shopping etc? How's the management are they friendly, and do they respond to maintenance request fairly quickly?

I'm not sure how it works with section 8. Because they are the federal section 8 income base. Close to Walmart, and major highway. Neighborhood is quite. They can do better job cleaning around the apartment complex.
