Initial contact and ordering of building was great. Price was very fair. After a parts issue, the building was put up by 3 guys quickly and efficiently. Only took 4 hours and the building looks great. Scheduling can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks out so keep that in mind. Definitely would recommend Pacific Metal Buildings.

Pacific Metal Building Inc. are the most professional honest people I’ve ever worked with from my first phone call getting an estimate meeting Myra going over the details of my Metal garage to the professional crew that came out on time worked right through without a break I was very impressed. They are very neat picked up the scraps as they cut and installed the garage. They left our place spotless. This company is fabulous very upfront no hidden agendas polite and courteous. the good: PMB actually installed the building earlier than it was scheduled, that is great! the bad: Communication is very questionable and workmanship is rather rough!! the ugly: I got charged for a mistake they had overlooked: I ordered the building with a Z flashing at the bottom, so I formed a recess step according to the engineering plans they provided in the concrete. Then they told me they needed to weld on brackets and return the next day. All good for me until that point. I got frustrated when they started to say things like "oh, we never use that option"..... Fact is, I did the right foundation for the application I ordered, the plans where submitted by an architect to the city for permitting and got approved! But the lack of communication and the statements "we never do it like that" when I spend more money to have the concrete formed correctly for that specific flashing, is simply a joke. Never have they asked what option of their engineering plans had I chosen for the concrete slab, simply they assumed it would be done as what they call "our usual method". Well it would not have passed inspections without the Z flashing and the problem would have been left for me to deal with. Luckily I was present and cough the mistake in time.
