Brought my daughter in to get a haircut she’s been asking for, for the longest time. The woman made a comment right off the bat with how her hair naturally looked knotty even though I had her brush her hair before we left the house. My daughter showed her what she wanted which was long layers and curtain bangs down to her chin. She made a comment about the picture being curled hair and my daughter having straight hair which we also pulled up women with straight her as well. The woman told my daughter long layers wouldn’t look good on her and would only make her hair look thin. She then said angled haircut would be much better. She said ok because she figured the woman knew better then she did. Then the lady tried talking my daughter out of bangs. We mentioned we wanted long bangs down to the chin that way when she played volleyball they wouldn’t be in her way. The woman then proceeded to say that if my daughter got the bangs that no one would want to look at her face because the bangs would be so distracting and annoying to look at. My daughter said she wanted the bangs. The woman cut her bangs above her top lip. My daughter said they are shorter then she asked and the lady said you asked for curtain bangs so this is what what you get. Such a toxic woman who seemed to not have anything nice to say. My daughter left in tears because she was not given what she came in for and also not treated the way she should have been treated. Was her first real big girl haircut and she literally left with low self esteem. Because some 40 year old felt the need to pick on a middle schooler. Never coming here again. Used to love coming here with my kids and also when I was younger as well. Will gladly go somewhere else.

Charging $30 for kids "trims" and to NOT STYLE is ridiculous! I almost fell over seeing the price. You should not be charging that much at a mall! All I know is I will definitely make sure I book with my usual salon who charges $25 for kids and includes everything smh
