I do not recommend going here for sewing machine repairs. It took them over four months to attempt to repair my machine. When I told them I’d come pick it up to repair it elsewhere, they told me they lost the machine. They said they would offer to replace but replaced with the incorrect model. I said that was fine and would pay for the monetary upgrade myself, I would just need a receipt and they refused to provide one. They are not an authorized repair shop and their lack of professionalism shows.

WARNING - DO NOT BRING YOUR SEWING MACHINE TO THIS PLACE. They have no idea how to clean or service a sewing machine, plus they are over priced. When I dropped it off I gave them a $45 deposit, was told it would cost $100 to clean my sewing machine and it would be ready 7 to 10 days. After a month (with many calls and stops to the shop in between) I demanded they give me my sewing machine. He told me that he cleaned it, but in fact no work was done at all. Took my sewing machine to S&S who cleaned, oiled, adjusted the tensions and timed my machine for $59. And they had it ready for me the next day!

Charlie was a delight. Had an isssue with vacuum cleaner bags and within 2 minutes he fixed it and refused to charge. A class act
