I won't be going back here. Bad sales lady, none of there oil cartridges where priced, she didn't know any of cartridges prices.

Very positive experience. I was greeted upon my arrival with a smile, hello, and welcome. The team showed me excellent customer service. The woman counter clerk did a super job in listening to my needs and answering my questions. I asked for her advice and she showed me a few items that would fit my needs. She did not try to pressure me in any way. I was very happy with the entire process. I definitely recommend the Herb Center. They are very professional and great listeners.

This place used to be the cutest, most down to earth and friendly shop... now it's like going to weed Wal-Mart - packed parking lot, huge lines. And little fees for everything! I wanted a $36 cartridge, saw the sign that said they only take cash, hit the ATM - $3.50 fee. Get to cash register - they do take cards - for another fee. I paid with the $40 cash - she kept my change. Just assumed I wanted to tip them the entire $4 for grabbing something off a shelf. Ended up paying $46 for the cartridge after my banks ATM fee. Won't be back.

The "exit bags", as required by the OLCC present an interesting issue across the industry here in Oregon. Some stores charge for the bags, and others, like THC choose not to. Unfortunately, there no real easy answer, due to the laws... Things must be in child proof containers, and charging for bags is iffy (truth in pricing). I think THC choose the better path... Fair prices and no hidden fees...a discount, if feasible with OLCC regs... Could be the answer?
I dont think so but you can go to dutchie.com and search for the herb center and look at their inventory. They have a lot of great edibles and smokables
Hi! We require all customers wear masks in the store - if you are unable to wear a mask we also offer curb-side pick up. We have markings on the sales floor to keep our customers six feet apart while they wait. We have multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the store. We also have plexiglass barriers for our budtenders, and our budtenders wipe down all frequently touched areas multiple times a day. Feel free to call or comment any additional questions!

No delivery, there is a new delivery service around, not sure their name but they have been advertising on the radio they will pick uo stuff from any dispensary and deliver it. You might call the herb center they might know the company.
