John (or is it Jon?) is the best. I've been going here for 4 years, and although they've always had excellent staff, this dude is boss. He once karate chopped a mutant turtle (TMNT non-relation) into submission when it attempted to bum a cigarette without asking. I don't smoke them - I only vape, but I was watching them for a friend who won't convert (the audacity). I also watched him deliver twins in the back of a taxicab; he didn't know I was there, but I saw it. That was undeniable. I also watched him rescue a seal-pup from a dumpster at Safeway (it's a widely under-reported problem in Central Oregon), just prior to adopting it. I hope you and Sebastian are doing well. Seriously awesome place! I absolutely love when Jackie is there because she remembers exactly what I want every time I come in, and is always so cheerful and helpful whenever I have questions. I always feel welcome, and service is usually super quick! Thank you all for the amazing service over the years!

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JACOB & DYLAN AT HIGH MOUNTAIN MIST!! I just had the most incredible experience at High Mountain Mist :-) I walked in not knowing anything about using Vape products and hoping to kick cigarettes. Jacob was the first employee that greeted me at the door and literally carried me through the entire process. Dylan was assisting another customer and was mirroring Jacob’s spectacular customer service skills. Jacob was knowledgeable, respectful, and unequivocally thorough. I previously went to a smoke shop in Redmond, since I live there, but I will surely be taking my business here! The extended drive is so worth it! The overall experience was definitively personable; I left feeling respected and supported. I will be sure to share this experience with all my friends and family! If you’re looking for a great place to find Vape products, whether you’re a novice or a pro, this is the place to go! Ask for Jacob if he’s available :-) He’s not only incredibly helpful but he’s also pretty darn cute. I’ve also heard that Jackie & Bobby are stellar employees, as well. Whatever they’re doing here, it’s working… Jacob hooked me up with a pretty stellar vape & even walked me through the devices user manual <3 I don’t often take the time to leave reviews, but I can’t deny how phenomenally Jacob treated me as a customer. I also can’t deny how snazzy I look with my new Vape :)
