Top notch. All of the staff are friendly and work together on each customer's vehicle. If original person is busy, another comes in to do the next step. Great at keeping the job going. I saw one tire changer taking an extra step no one would ordinarily see. She was cleaning the brake disc. Now who does that?

Good service and experienced at the job. They even noticed the lug nuts were swollen and needed changing which took a lot of effort. They were able to change all the tire pressure sensors and in good time to. Highly recommend.

Try emailing through the contact form online. This is their busiest time of year. I couldn't get through on the phone either, but got an email reply in 5 minutes.
Not as such. You can either apply for their credit card and make monthly payments that way, or you can do a layaway plan. If I recall correctly they offer six months of zero interest with their card, but you will need to check with them to be certain, these things change. For layaway I believe you put 20% down and make payments until the tires are paid off, only then can you actually take possession of the tires though. So if you need tires right away and can't pay up front, applying for their card is your only option. Or, obviously, use a card that you already own and pay interest from the start.
They do take appointments, but also leave some time slots as first come first serve. Get there early!!!
