Jason was fantastic in explaining different options we should consider and finding a great fit in regards to the type of bike that would be best for my son and all of the things he wanted to be able to do with it. Because of his time and care, we decided to buy a bike that day rather than waiting to get back home to Portland and look for the same model here. Looking at bikes was a last minute decision and we didn't have any intention of actually getting a bike, but the experience was such a positive one that we decided to go ahead and do it. Everyone else at the shop that we had interactions with were very kind and helpful. We highly recommend Pine Mt. Sports!

Just picked up my new Top Fuel from Pine Mtn and I got to say the customer service from Dan and crew was incredible! I ordered this bike and throughout the wait received constant email and occasional phone call updates from the shop on the status. I was never left wondering what was going on. I live 3 hours away and really appreciated being able to schedule a specific time for pickup that fit my schedule. Once I arrived Paco spent an hour and a half going over the bike, its maintenance, and finally custom fitting it and tuning the suspension till everything felt just right. Amazing service and enthusiasm makes me want to ride! Thanks guys!

Rune and the rest of the rental team at Pine Mountain made lining up bikes for a group of 10 nearly painless. Riding their well maintained full suspension bikes on Bend's trails was the highlight of our trip to the northwest. Great shop!

This is one of those where 5 stars doesn't do it justice! I'm a 20 year resident of Bend and this is the best bike shop in town.... and we have some really nice bike shops! I had a major issue, (my fault) just 4 days after getting my new Trek Fuel EX and the folks at Pine Mountain leaped over tall buildings to help me. Including giving me a free bike to rent for a day while my bike was in for repair! I can't thank Francois, Ericka and the rest of the staff enough for their help! #customerforlife
