Actually the boundary is MP 62. This area actually is in our Region 4 District 9 area. If your questions is about a damaged sign or existing installation you may contact our Sign Crew in The Dalles at 541-296-2452. If you are asking about new signage or a requesting a new installation you can contact our Traffic Engineer in Bend at 541-388-6120.
This is controlled by Deschutes County Public Works. You will need to check with them.

Trailblazer Lane is not a state hwy. I could contact City Public Works to lodge your complaint. ODOT only plows state hwys.
It would depend if it is actually on a state hwy. What hwy or road are you referring to?
