Adela was so helpful! I tried to send documents to the Philippines and after few minutes went back because had to cancel. (there were some missing documents that needed to be sent as well.) I was worried they won't let me cancel it, but she did!!! thank you so much, Adela of UPS Wheaton!

This UPS location says that it opens at 8:30 am, but they seem to take that as a suggestion. I came at 8:30 to drop off a package before needing to get to work. Twenty minutes have passed and the store is still not open. Another person waiting here has this is not the first time it’s happened to them. It’s fine if you don’t want to open at 8:30, just let customers know before they arrive and wait.

Yes, our hours on Sunday are 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays, please visit our website for our latest hours and more information.
We are located west of JCPenney and across from the parking garage at Westfield Wheaton shopping mall. Please note that while we are a part of the mall, our store is located outside of the central shopping area.
