I can confidently say after my visit today. Ill NEVER be back.. i go bi-weekly and tip the cost of my haircut, usually spend between 80-100 each visit .. this last visit was terrible, between my kid getting bumped from the schedule and spending 3 hours getting haircuts, to just now noticing my hair is uneven and now having to shave what took me 2 years.. yeah ill save 50 bucks and go to cost cutters next time i guess.

This is the 3rd time my stylist has been running late. The receptionists at the front act annoyed when I’m asking where my stylist is. “She should be here,” one of the geniuses at the front said. Well that’s obvious because one can only be late if they were supposed to be at some place but not there. Had to call a manager to ask where the stylist is only to hear that she had car trouble and won’t be in until much later. They would’ve let me sit here until dusk. Im sure they’ll still charge me and not offer a concession. Going to Floyd’s from now on—attitude plus subpar service, might as well be a Supercuts.
