The "exit bags", as required by the OLCC present an interesting issue across the industry here in Oregon. Some stores charge for the bags, and others, like THC choose not to. Unfortunately, there no real easy answer, due to the laws... Things must be in child proof containers, and charging for bags is iffy (truth in pricing). I think THC choose the better path... Fair prices and no hidden fees...a discount, if feasible with OLCC regs... Could be the answer?
