I recommend that nobody goes to Brandon rentals,very unprofessional & I have proof that I was sn employee & they still havnt paid me….& as a black man if I were to go up there and act my color then they going to want to call the police…sunbelt rentals are way better please don’t waste your money

I reserved 7 cocktail tables 2 weeks in advance from the day I was going to pick them up. I showed up on the day of pickup in the morning around 8am and the young guy that was going to help me load told me that he only has the tops and the poles for the tables and not the bottom legs. I went inside to talk with the person in charge, Rick, and he was rude about it and told me that I came too early to pick them up and blamed me for their mistake. I highly recommend AVOIDING renting from them due to lack of customer service and self accountability as well as the poor quality of the tables - rusted and wobbly.

We had a few hiccups in the beginning due to someone reserving us dishes which they did not have enough inventory for. Luckily, that issue was caught early on. Overall, our experience was great. I definitely recommend calling rather than using email. It's faster and you have more direct contact with a person. Just make sure to give your email for an invoice. Ordering was easy, the selection was great, and pick-up and drop-off were so easy. It saved us so much money on our wedding by renting the dishes and catering from a local mom & pop restaurant and our dishes were far more elegant than most catering companies offer. If we every have another big event, I would definitely rent from them again.

Darryn is the best! He is so helpful in establishing what is needed for any successful event. He is a "keeper" when it comes to what you want in a stellar employee. We have used Brandon rentals for our last three events. The tables and linen were always delivered and picked up in a timely discreet fashion. The delivery guys had a great since of humor always and were very polite always. Sometimes they don't get a shout out!
