We just bought a 2021 Thor Venetian, this is one of the amenities here! I'm writing this after having been here more than a week. I'm still extremely happy with our new coach, however: you have a man in your Crown Club that has been smug and borderline rude every time I have ordered food. He never smiles and he doesn't seem to like being there and that's not an asset to your company. Everyone else has been wonderful, smiling and very pleasant to deal with. I'm no longer comfortable with going to get food so my husband is going, however he is experiencing the same thing from this man.

We were there to do an inspection on a new 2020 Tiffin Phaeton 40IH today. This RV Inspection was scheduled last minute so after the detail shop finished their work we got going on the inspection. Joe O'Malley was awesome to work with. He was making sure we had everything we needed and got the RV moved to the Crown Club quickly once the detail shop was done.
