I took my daughter to get highlights and a 2 inch trim. She had an appointment at 4 and wasn’t seen until 5. She got the highlights in her hair and was put seated in the back of the salon while her stylist did 6 other people so I went back with my daughter and ask when was she gonna finish her hair she rinsed it out and trimmed 2 inches off the back and charged me 90 for the highlights and 80 for the trim. All 6 of those people paid 25 dollars for their cuts and got more than 2 inches cut. This all happened to us with Carmen. If she didn’t want to do my daughter’s hair I understand English and Spanish she should have said something pero no me dijo nada!

Was really unsure of getting a trim my hair was past my waiste. Lady made me th3 joke of the salon saying she always gets the hard cuts. She did not listen to me wanting a point cut and now my hair looks like a stair case. Said i had to come back to let her fix it that would be 3 extra inches to fix it. They would not give me a refund. AVOID IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR.

Most kind and gentle lady washed my granddaughters hair. My granddaughter was severely injured in a rollover car accident and requires 24 hour nursing care. This beautiful lady showed no fear and didn't hesitate to take on the challenge of washing her hair and talked to my granddaughter as if she was normal. We are coming back every week as long as this lovely lady continues to work there. She has blessed our lives with her kindness 💗.

$28 for a haircut that was done in shorter time than the wait for a pre-set appointment. "Full service" is $25 plus 3 dollar upcharge for a "skin fade" that was finished with no clippers on a Wahl trimmer I could've done at home. "Shampoo, conditioner, and tousel dry" wasn't even offered because they were so backed up and want to pump out those numbers. Usually, a skin fade is finished with an electric razor from the crown down. So just another disappointing barber in the area taking advantage of the higher incomes coming in with their ridiculous costs. The cut was sub par after explaining 3 times throughout, how it should be done. I had enough and couldn't leave fast enough and will finish touchups at home with similar equipment.
