I am so upset with this place. They made me feel horrible. The office staff is horrible! The lady was literally making fun of me. It’s not funny because I have not ate in four days in 4 days. He gives me a Shot and says on my RX “Might have a fracture go to hospital”. I read every warning “on this shot label” According to the warnings I am not supposed to have this right now. I told him I can’t go to the hospital yet that’s why I came to the urgent care. I can keep on going but one thing I do regret is letting that entire office see me cry because you did not like me or my insurance. If you seen my mouth you would know I’m not lying. I am going to tell everyone about this I am traumatized. It’s the next day and I still can’t eat or drink. If you own this place .. you need new staff. I am also a medical assistant and those workers do not deserve to look at anybody because they don’t have respect. The doctor even lied about his name.I am 28 years old what three kids I gotta take care of.

Dr Nathan Brevan wasn't very helpful or too insightful on our visit other day with our 3 year old. The Doc was more concerned w a cellphone!? On top of that, we didn't get the correct prognosis. The Emergency dept at St Joes Children's recognized the virus, thank God!

I will never return to this express medical for the first time I go on March 9, 2022 around 6:00pm with a burn I was denied the service because they did not see my deductible I notified him to call my insurance beforehand and they told me the deductible apart from a long wait for me it was incompetent putting my health at risk. I will never recommend this place.

I came in for a Yellow Jacket sting. It was 6:00pm on a Thursday. They were pretty dead. I got in right away. Doctor saw me right away. The staff and nurses were super nice. The office was clean and inviting. They had personal TVs with Netflix in the rooms. The doctor was a little rough around the edges but I feel that was her culture. She attended to my medical issues and stayed to talk thru them. I usually don't have good experiences at Walk-ins or doctor offices but I'm glad to come back to this office.
