I still do not know well, I haven't moved in yet, what I do know is that management are nice people and prompt at returning your call to know how the preparation for the home was going and a possible move in date.

Yup If you move in to these trailers inspect them from the top to bottom. They have trailers which they are currently renting out with Bed Bug, and won't let you get fumigation without paying up front to the company you get to do it. They are as bad if not worse than any review you find here.

Do not move here. Place is infested with rats, which they refuse to do anything about. It's quiet and have no problems with anyone, but it's not worth the money I pay.

It vary from park to park. Thay own several park's right in the area. Go to Joe the park manger and he is a nice fellow. He will help you out.
