If you have scrap metal turn in gate pull straight up to scale on right with your driver's license. She will weigh you vehicle and tell you where to go an dump then go back to scale. If you have aluminum copper batteries or other high dollar products like radiators turn in gate turn left send on left. I have never had a problem with anyone. Everyone has always been so nice everytime I have been there. I highly rate this

The lady behind that window made it the biggest headache of my life to scrap an Some ac units from my warehouse. She couldn’t find my business name on sunbiz.com even though I clearly showed her how easy it was to find it on my phone with a refreshed browser. After 15 minutes of her tinkering around she somehow magically finds it. She was clearly just waisting my time. I probably dumped them $500 in ac scrap and j made 80. ( I don’t mind just wanted to dump it) but come on be a little nicer next time.( there won’t be a next time taking buisness somewhere else. I didn’t ask her why it took her so long to find my business name when I could pull up in two seconds on my phone. She replied I can’t tell you sometimes things don’t work… and giggled.

The lady at “pay-out” counter is always in a terrible mood, and never in a hurry to help you get on your way down the road. Everyone else has mostly been there a while, and I would go more often if not for the older-aged “lady” that works in the cashiers trailer.
