Nice and quiet but all the restrictions you pay good money for lot rent. You can have pet just not allowed to secure them outside no dog kennels allowed that should be told before signing I have 2 out door dogs that have to live inside now and I think it's wrong you can't set up a dog kennel as long as you make it look nice

November 2021...Plantation Oaks is home for a lot of really nice people. The homeowners (everyone owns their own mobile home) are a diverse group from retirees to young families. My husband and I lived there with three of our children several years ago and then my mom moved into the park from Tampa, when she could no longer live alone. It was so convenient having her there so close. I no longer live there but my brother did until recently and my son still does. So this park is like home to my family....At one time I did not think a mobile home park could feel like a nice place to live, but I was wrong. Home is always where the people you love are and that does not have to be a million dollar house. lol.

Father in-law lived there for years. When he 1st moved in it was strictly 55 and over, quiet and clean but management constantly changed and was never available. That was then, now very few seniors, many "tenants" walking around holding onto their pants so they don't fall off and covered in tattoos. The only criteria in moving in now is show them the cash! Maintenance mows the grass, thats it. The summer of 2018 several trees fell on top of trailers because they don't trim any. All of the above is moot however because if you're looking to buy (no rentals!) you'll never find anyone in the office and they're phone number is always out of order. I feel sorry for the elderly who are literally stuck there.
