There are no words as to why a Caucasian man unlocking my door without knocking stating he's the "property manager" just up and enter's my unit without notice and my permission. Please note my lease is still active and from calling the main office yesterday they are aware of when I will vacate. I almost called the police since this unknown man just wanted to walk right in to my home without my awareness. In the days and times in which we live it is very inappropriate for anyone to be entering someone's home without their consent. Period. This will be reported to Dayrise, LLC (based out of Texas) which manages this property. As my time comes to close in living here, it's been chaotic and not worth my time and money. Due to constantly hearing the couple above intimate relations, I should have left when 2021 property manager allowed me to do so without liability. Unfortunately, I did not and continued living here in 2022. If you're reading this review you are better off elsewhere.

After walking into the gym, I was excited to notice the equipment looked new as well as the flooring. The facility is clean and is furnished professionally for anyone who wants to workout.

Love the renovations this place has made! As a Tampa Bay resident, you want the bang for your buck and the views that you pay for here are immaculate. What really astounded me was Rosemary and James in the leasing office. I asked them for a little background working on this property and they truly bend their back for this company. Any problems I’ve had we have always came to a solution. The maintenance manager John truly works hard to fix what is needed. DO NOT PASS THIS PROPERTY UP, YOU WILL REGRET IT! - A Happy Resident

Great place to live. I love living here. They just updated my building. Its very nice to have both pools. Rosemary is very helpful. And john the maintenance guy is great too. I plan on being here for many years to come as long as they are here.

Yes, they updated it to Spectrum. It's faster for sure, but it occasionally drops out for a min or two. Thankfully, it doesn't happen too often.
I believe it was built in 2007.
It is not far from public beaches for swimming, there is a close by beach park and a beach dog park, Picnic Island, where people Kite surf, hike, picnic. They have beautifully furnished monthly apartments. I hope this answer helps.
