I’m currently a resident here at Metro510 apartments my washer has been non-functioning since March of this year. I’ve put in at least 5 or more maintenance request, & I have spoken to a young woman in the office several times about it her response is always it’s in progress & she constantly roll her eyes every time I ask about it.The issue of the washer is that it’s leaving my clothes soaked in wet, it’s gotten to the point that the washer started filing up with water which caused a flood in my apartment twice,so they stopped the leak but I’ve been complaining to them constantly that the clothes are still left soaked. I nearly been dealing with this inoperable & useless washer for 6months and they have never gave me a estimated date on when the issue will be fixed. To also mention these woman have a horrible lack of communication as well as being unnecessarily rude,this place needs new management ASAP they are worthless.

Jeanette is RUDE! The most unprofessional person I have ever met. This company will soon be paying for her nasty ways. She will have them with a fair housing lawsuit soon. Also if new inquiries can barely get a hold of the office imagine the residents that actually stay here. The star is for maintenance for always being helpful. JMG doesn’t care of course so everyone is leaving reviews.

The worst service for rented people, first to file a claim and repair something last a very long time and also change the key without authorization or notification (I had to spend a night outside of my apartment because they changed the code without warning, while I was at work). Second, when I finally move out, they have me waiting 2 months for a deposit without giving me any answer… I call them every day and always the answering machine… I always be on time on my rent, I never had problems, I can’t understand why they are really a bad service, the building is beautiful and the apartment are really big and Comfortable

Best complex I’ve stayed in since moving out on my own in Florida. Apt has a modern design and feel, it’s located downtown and has a garage. Best of all it’s affordable. For the most part I keep my head down and pay my rent on time and haven’t had any issues with staff for the last three years I’ve been here. They have their problems but I’d say 95% of them are caused by tenants that live here. (Knats, trash, occasional piss or throw up in elevator, dog poop on garage floor, etc) It’s a shame cause if they respected the place they call home it’d be that much better.

There is a waiting list and I was told that it is at least 1yr. You have to make an appointment to fill out an application. Not sure of the rent or deposit though. Send them an email on their website they will respond.
