Upon moving out update: Janet has to be the only person that speaks both languages and properly answers questions without attitude and is an absolute delight. You need more Janet's. The walls are paper-thin and I don't think they do any background checking on their residents before giving them an apartment. I lived on the bottom floor and heard EVERYTHING that happened on the floor above us and the person next to us. They were very loud and inconsiderate also there had to be at least 8 people living upstairs. You can literally hear conversations. The neighbor next to us went from great to horrible. The first neighbor was very quiet and kind, the second was so mentally unstable that his parents had to remove him from the prememesis. He would scream through the walls about My 3 year old autistic son being loud. Then the last neighbors we had were a young couple that would constantly argue, break stuff, slam their door and play loud music. This would occur at any time from 8am to about 4am. They raised my rent 430 dollars and that was only if I signed a 14 month lease. If the lease was shorter, it would have been much more. I paid my rent early every month and tried my best to be a good neighbor. The main draw to the apartment was the proximity to the pool (always closed), the park area (full of cigarette butts and sometimes beer bottles and tops), and the dog park area (almost no one picked up after their dog). This should not cost as much as it does and should not have roaches like it does. Also, if you are going to charge monthly for pest control can they actually come to treat every month? Since deciding to sell my house apartment hunting has been stressful. Janet has definitely made the process simple. She gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom and I immediately fell in love and knew I wanted to live here. The amenities are fantastic. Even though it was busy, Janet gave me as much time as I needed and split her time with the other people that came in as well. She made sure to keep me comfortable and feel that this will definitely be a great experience.

If you’re looking for a great place to live . I highly recommend Captiva Club Apartments. I have been a long time resident for over 9 years . The complex grounds are well kept and maintenance responds quickly and efficiently . The staff is professional and polite.. . Janet is the one that have always assisted me and I can’t say enough great things about her . She is such a helpful, kind , pleasant ,professional, and caring person . She is the bomb !!! Please make sure to ask for Janet you won’t be disappointed !!!

I love living in this community. Everyone is friendly and kind. Janet in the office is a GEM!! I moved here 3 years ago and Captiva continues to exceed my expectations. The maintenance staff have always been courteous and quick to help. I enjoy everything from the gated security, landscaping, pools to the enormous dog parks. For the most part it seems the whole complex takes care of the whole complex. Everybody does their part especially with our dogs ✌🏽
