The worst apartments ever to move you in they take your money ,to fix something it's takes months, and you can have visitors for 30 minutes because they towed your car ,I had a friend that helped me moved some stuff and only spend 35 minutes and took her car, and the office doesn't do anything because that's a deal they have. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL HAVE ALOT PF PROBLEMS AND THE MANAGER ITS THE WORST DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS OR NOTHING, THE ONLY PERSON GOOD ITS YANET THE LEASING GIRL ONKY HER . THERE IS MOLD AND THEY DONT FIXED. WANT TO MOVE OUT AND THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE YOU THE DEPOSIT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY 2 MONTH RENT TO GET OUT OF IT .

After careful consideration and the most amazing conversations with Nancy the property manager. I have decided I should rewrite this review. I learned how the policy is handled in the state of Florida for section 8. Nancy took the time out to make sure I was properly informed no matter what time it was. I appreciate that she helped me so much and now I’m fully Educated on this process in the state of Florida and section. 8 should revisit the whole process.

I’m currently moving out , they are a rip off they charged me the prorated cost for this month I paid and TODAY changed me a full month rent I spent my entire lease staying with my mom because of FLOODS , RATS , busted pipes, RAT DROPPING ON MY KIDS BRAND NEW BEDS , I HAVE TO BUY ALL NEW FURNITURE AGAIN MANAGEMENT NEVER KNEW ANYTHING AND WAS VERY RUDE ,
Hello Ms. Coleman, our one bedroom can start from $735 non renovated all the way up to $925 fully renovated, (rents can change at anytime of this date) just depends when you need to move in by and what your budget is. As to the plumbing and leaks we have 400 units and we follow all the protocols to assure plumbing or any type of leak can be addressed immediately. They check your credit score charge you exorbitant amounts of money do not move here it was a mistake for me I'm trying to get out of here the best I can without breaking my lease do not move here unless you like roaches
