How can you have a huge Apt complex with no model ? Who applies with a you tube video. How do I know that the Apt I'm paying for is the one featured? Not cool at all!!

I love my apartment the kids play out outside so they are a little loud sometimes but they are kids no problem with parking management is nice and friendly and try to work with you the best they can my neighbors are nice and quiet I'm happy and that's all that matters I don’t have any problems with roaches at I’m a very clean person and I keep my apartment clean and fresh

Only gave one star because I had to rate. It's worse! I signed a lease for Spanish Trace Apartments in Tampa, Florida in 2015. I was unable to live in the apartment right away because of a severe roach infestation. Couldn't live in such conditions with a child. After paying rent and the security deposit, I spent even more money to stay in hotels and with friends for weeks until they moved me into a different apartment (which had the same problem, just not as severe). Complained to staff and reached out to regional manager twice with no response. Avoid this place!
