I have lived here now for 18 years. I love the quiet small community and the personal attention the property manager Lena gives to all of the tenants. There’s never been a time when I had an issue, that she didn’t immediately fix it or had the maintenance man take care of it it - including coming over herself after hours when an upstairs neighbor had a bad water leek and mopped it up herself - And this - being that she’s the only person left in the office - cuts were made after the new owners took over and pretty much let everyone go but her and the very sweet hard working maintenance man. One of the many reasons I have stayed is because of the quality attention and care of Lena. She’s a Gem and I admire her hard work. The only drawback is that the new owners won’t allow a 2 or 3 year lease - they only allow yearly so they can increase the rent each year 😩

Have lived here for 3 almost 4 years they have Clean and quiet complex with a well kept pool area..Ive hosted all my family events in the beautiful club house. Can take a while to get things fixed, but not from lack of effort from the only office personnel they have , Lena. She puts as much effort in resolving your issues as possible while always waiting on parts to be delivered or for the Maintenance "man" to get the job done correctly. Prices keep increasing without much upgrades other than random paint colors (They're hideous). Never have had an issue with noise or being able to reach the Office person, Lena. She even answers when she is off the clock on her personal phone . Over all great experiences with her . Just hope they don't raise the rent once more which is my biggest concern of all.

I have lived at this community since2013 and I love being in this complex. I actually moved out in 2016 and within three months I came back to Woodridge because I love it here. The staff is wonderful the maintenance man is a hard worker. The property manager Lena has been there for a long time and my experience with her has been fantastic she always try her best to help people. when I left I was so sad and when I came back she accepted me with open arms, literally and that is the first time a property manager made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. She does her very best to understand people and listens to needs, she is a caring person and I always see her working at all hours. My experience while still residing at Woodridge is that she treats everyone the same she does not have any preferential treatment. She follows rules and helps as much as she can. I highly recommend this property. I LOVE it here!!
