Do not live here. There's no security cameras (packages get stolen, my car got stoleN from the grounds), maintenance is slow, the office staff is incompetent, and the US Postal Service rarely delivers your mail and packages to the right mailbox. The took my security deposit at move-out because I terminated my lease early. The told me they would only charge me a prorated rent for my move-out but turned around and charged me for the rest of the month after I left because I didn't give them a 2-month notice. They have horrible customer service as well. The apartments are big but not worth the time, money, or headache when you need something. Tampa rent is high but if you're going to spend the money, go somewhere else. My neighbors downstairs also are not renewing their lease. 0/10 recommend.

The worst place to rent in new Tampa. Trash , pests , dog feces everywhere. Abysmal property manager . Run away just like we did. You will loose all your deposit. Probably someone will spam below and ask for help. But they don't provide any support during our stay.. You are on your own.

So far, it's been a great place to live. Nice they have multiple pools and exercise facilities, and it's a safe neighborhood area for taking a walk. Convenience stores and some restaurants are just across the road so it's easy to walk there too.

This Leasing Office works in a peculiar way. They don't answer calls for Leasing questions, they ask us to TEXT some number... You will never get response on that number. You will receive different message from different number. They don't introduce who they are. They post some message and gone.. if you respond they don't respond... So its all like one way communication... NOT SURE WITH WHOM THEY ARE WORKING ALL DAY? Its more than 24 hours of waiting just to simply change the move in date by couple of days (NEW Customer). Every time you call, The answer is same... Please TEXT to this number... and we will not respond... Looks like they don't have someone as LEAD or Manager to connect things... They don't talk, they don't meet... All you have to do is TEXT and WAIT....

Yes a lot of people have dogs and you can walk them wherever
