My AC unit keeps leaking in the bathroom and each time the maintenance fixes it after a few days it leaks again. I have to put a bucket and dump it out every few days or so. I tell maintenance to check the AC drain for a clogged line outside but they tell me it is fixed. My biggest worry is if I leave for a few days or so and come home to flooded bathroom. Which is UNACCEPTABLE. I may stop by the office or call corporate because this is not acceptable, especially since my lease will expire soon and my rate will increase, which is understandable, but at least get things fixed properly so I don't have to worry about damage. Why increase the rent if nothing will get done.

I've been living here for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. The office staff is amazing and the office manager Alexandra is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about anything that i needed help with. The property is in an amazing location everything is near by. Maintenance is always at my place the same day the request is put in. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

This statement below could not be more accurate. The noise levels here are unbelievable to the point of walls and floors shaking from the base. The only reason I am giving the apartment 3 stars and not less is because the staff/office here are actually very helpful including dealing with anything maintenance or pest related. If it weren’t for how well the staff has been handling these noise problems (and others I may have faced during my lease) my rating would of gone lower. I appreciate the staff efforts so far, but obviously there is only so much they are able to do. Something to consider if choosing to move in. “ For the price, it’s nice, but this place is far from peace and quiet. Between loud music blasting from cars to the loud music shaking my walls and forcing me to wear headphones to bed it’s not worth it. When I first moved in I loved it, it was very quiet and calm, but that has changed. The office has been great to handle any issue I’ve gone to them with, it just gets tiring. There were never again guidelines given regarding the noise which may be helpful in the future.”
