The CRNP Kerrie is great, caring and very informative. However the staff members are incompetent, rude, unprofessional and Never picks up the phone. You will have to call at least five time. I thought since they are now under St.Lukes they would be half decent but no.

Is this office closed today? because online it says it’s open from 7-5pm and all I’m getting is the voicemail box of the office.
