Horrible place to live. Food trash and wrappers everywhere. Kids are always out constantly yelling and making noise outside. They play football and hit other cars. They constantly bump into other cars. No action from management. Absurd.

This is the absolute worst apartment complex to live in , do not move into any Richmond property. They never answer their phone, maintenance always take a long time. But they have no problem sending out late notices on time. It’s a bug infested they don’t send out pest control monthly like they’re supposed to. People car’s has been broken into, the police have been here plenty of times not to mention someone died over here and the office never try to do anything to fix your issue. All they care about is people paying their rent on time. I regret the day I moved in here and would never recommend to no one Ever!!!

Lived here for 2 yrs. Decent & affordable complex. Friendly office staff & prompt maintenance. 3 stars because the walls are hella thin, so we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors were doing & for nasty tenets leaving trash all over the parking lot.

The place itself is not bad to live at, quiet and peaceful. But oh my goodness, the internet is atrocious. They do not allow you to get any other internet provider outside of moonbeam (owned by the people who own the apartments) and the internet is slow when it works. Reliability is very spotty, you never know when you'll have internet and when you won't. There isn't even a 24/7 hour hotline to call to let them know about outages. If you don't want to stream much Netflix or play any games online or do actual work which requires internet connectivity then it is alright, otherwise it is very frustrating.
