Apartments are large & maintained very well. Staff is great at the leasing office. The manager there, Natalie reviews & answers any question or issue I might be facing. She fills work requests promptly & makes things happen when I call for repairs. Natalie carries a great amount of professionalism & pride in her work. Crew members get it done with her direction! I am very thankful Tampa Woods Apartments has great employees! They go above & beyond to fulfill requests & I am very thankful for that. Thank you Natalie & her leasing team. Very organized. Great work!

don't move here!! the apartment is nice and big but the communication with the leasing office is horrible, they told me that every day they would take the trash, and there are days that I don't know what to do because they don't remove it and the container is full. In addition, they invent new rules and new charges every time they want, they imposed stickers on the cars and since my car is in my husband's name I have to pay 75 dollars to park, otherwise I have to go to one of the visitors, who are never there available because they only marked 4 or 5 in my area just to force you to pay, and if your family or friends come to visit their car will be taken, because they have nowhere to park!

I am absolutely astonished as the way life here has gone DOWN HILL!!!! I moved here back in 2020 finding a slice of heaven in the heart of Town N Country. I work directly with Linda in the leasing office. Linda is the ONLY PERSON in there that actually CARES about her residents and has KNOWLEDGE not only on the land itself but she knows how to TALK TO HER CUSTOMERS!!! We recently got a new manager that took over- Natalia. IF YOU ARW WISE STEER CLEAR!!! She is quite frankly young and inexperienced with the way of people. She has great knowledge on the website for residents as well as the leases; but when it comes to deliverance she is awful. She is the reason why life here has begun unraveling. I moved here because of how inviting the office was, how invested they become with the residents. I am currently facing problems with trash, parking, maintenance. I have had them enter my apartment with no care whatsoever. i have a pet and i cannot believe they would do the acts they have. Living here has become a BURDEN. I will NEVER EVER advise anyone to live here again like i once had. It’s changed and not for the better!! I hope this review helps any new comer- the land is beautiful, has a great dog park, but unfortunately if the way office conducts business is big to you then RUN FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!

I recently moved there on 03/15/22, the Leasing staff Natalie property manager, leasing professional Linda, &Tiffany demonstrated excellent customer service skills and very helpful, kind. First impression are the best. I took photos of the place when I moved in and sent maintenance requests for the move in finding. The broken electrical outlet in the bedroom, the electric outlet in the living room not working, & touch up painting need on the balcony was all taken care of in a timely manner. I hope that my experience continues to be great.

I live here, no elevator. Only 2 floors though and the stairs are inside your apartment. Not sure about short term, I think the least amount of time is 12 months. The cost's on the website vary month-to-month Unfortunately. A bit after covid started, when people lost their jobs, the price for the 1BR and 2BR skyrocketed here. Includes a lot, but those fee's are not listed in the seeable price online. As an examply, the fee on website was $1140 but when my first payment came up the amount due was $1265 (pest control, cable, water, etc.) - Quite expensive to live here and NO ASSIGNED parking spaces, basically fend for youreself.
The price online is not the price due every month. Can be anywhere from $125-$210 more each month depending on people and size of apartment. Read the fine print.
