Awful, noisy, dirty everywhere, all units. Been trying to get our dishwasher fixed since last month, left two work requests, called the office twice with no answer. Standing dirty water attracting bugs and we’ve even tried to fix it ourselves. Maintenance used to be great, now it feels like pulling teeth to get heath hazards addressed. Part of your rental agreement is the promise that your unit will be maintained and safe; I really don’t want to have to call and pay for a plumber because this place keeps dropping the ball. It’s expensive here and 100% not worth it for dozens of reasons. Do not move here, don’t even bother with a tour. Edit: I see your reply. I have lived here so long that I got married—I share the unit with my partner whose last name is shown here, and my first name is still the same. If you’re reading this review, keep that in mind. It’s very easy for the office to tell I’m a current resident.

They will tow your car, and they have no signs posted. I had to pay over 300 in towing and there were damages to my car. I now have to get an attorney. They are the worst.

I am only reviewing the application process, which was less than helpful and ultimately led me to not move forward with signing a lease. If you're going to ask for $380 to apply, you need to have a unit available for a tour. At the very least, your website needs to explain in exact detail what a potential tenant can expect. Having multiple photos of different units, with different amenities, attached to one unit is not helpful. Also, don't have mixed messages (ex: saying full size washer and dryer available *and* a washer and dryer hookup. That makes it unclear what to expect). Also, the rep I spoke with said he was a part-timer and didn't know anything about the units. All I could truly rely on were reviews and a drive by of the community. I'll pay a little more to stay where I'm at, if it means knowing I have a quality place to live.

Summit West rents to anybody that qualifies that passes their credit and background check and meets income requirements. Any international student who passes the background and credit check and makes at least 2.8 monthly rent between all adults who would be leasing an apartment there can qualify to live at Summit West.
If it's not advertised I doubt it is income or low income
They mostly worry about past rental history. You could make 7 times rent, and they don't want extra deposit They will deny you if you owe any rental company.
Rates change daily but around 1000-1400 for 1-3 bedrooms. Plus water sewer trash pest and parking which are bundled on top of rent. Great location, quiet, clean, great maintenance, efficient. Cheaper apartments have less amenities and higher electric. 3 people w a washer n dryer going all day, and I pay $100 electric and less than $90 for all add ons. Tell them I referred you!☺️
