I met with Elijah the other day ,he was very pleasant and easy to talk to .I enjoyed his thorough showing of the property and the grounds and the amenities that come with the rental and I definitely would love to rent property !!!

Loving it! Moved two weeks ago into a totally redone unit. Beautiful! Neighbors are nice and quiet. I love my partial view while I work all day! Th grounds are clean, the pool has been awesome. Maritza and Mary are both helpful and awesome! I couldn't have picked a better spot to relocate to from Berkeley!

When I called I spoke with Steve and he was so very helpful and friendly, I came to look at Bay Village in the evening as I wanted to see the actually property after hours ... I loved everything I witnessed and came back the next day to tour the property Steve was at lunch but I meet Mary and she was also very friendly and helpful she showed my around like a PRO and I feel in love with the community. I'm not looking to move until August but I have found my new home at Bay Village Stay tuned after I move in for updates.. Give Bay Village a try I know you will love it too

First impressions are everything and upon arrival I loved that this was a gated community. It was also well maintained. I has been working with Mary but actually received my tour from Maritza and she was so friendly and informative. My boys were in no rush to leave from just the patio but she was so kind to talk with me and give them a few extra minutes. The Bay View Lookout was gorgeous as well definitely a place to sit and relax or invite a friend to enjoy the scenery. We also got free reusable bags!! Loved! Loved! Loved it!
