They do not accept rental payments in the office that is located directly on the property. It has to be mailed or the other option is to pay it at Walmart whose payment system is often down. This is problematic for elderly that cannot get around well. When the payments are not exactly on time, the late fee is exremely unreasonably expensive $108.00. They pursue aggressively. They've added additional rental fees to account for water and parking fees. These costs have been added within the last year and a half. I do not recommend.

Moving can be such a headache! But Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. The staff is always so kind and available to answer any of my questions. And the properties are the best part of it all, gorgeous units and lovely lake! I’m so happy to live here.
