There are many perspectives on what makes a fun and memorable event. For my newly husband and I, our goal was to have an open bar, a beautiful venue, accommodating service team, and delicious food and cake. All this would then go hand in hand with the positive and enjoyable company of family and friends we invited along to an amazingly live band. We wanted to look back with happiness and say we enjoyed and loved our wedding. This is exactly what we received at Biagio’s Events, Catering, & Banquets. The Event Coordinator and Banquet Manager truly were like our personal wedding consultants, who made our event flawless and effortless. Planning a wedding, or any event, can be expensive. However, at Biagio’s the expenses are nothing compared to what we received. There was an abundance of food and drinks. The food was absolutely delicious with traditional Puebla styled chile rellenos, asada, ensalada de nopales, rice, pozole rojo, and Mexican appetizers. The bar was open 85% of the time with unlimited drinks of beers, wine, and hard liquor. There was an understanding that the bar would be closed for a half hour during dinner service and the last half hour of the event because this was fully communicated when the contract was signed. The staff were so accommodating before, during, and after our wedding. They helped us decorate the hall and even hung the papel picado above the dance floor and worked with our Event Design Team to set up centerpieces. After the wedding, they helped us retrieve decorations we wanted to take home and store one item for us to pick up the next day. We even had leftovers of food and cake just for the bride and groom to enjoy at home. Our Event Coordinator Zaneta was extremely helpful and kept us updated with our contract with the agreement and understanding to pay everything in full two weeks in advance. She collaborated closely with us on the floor plan. The Banquet Manager Blanca was absolutely the heart of the wedding. Without her, our wedding would not have been as beautiful and well-organized. She was very attentive and helpful. She worked closely with us to make sure we maximized our wedding experience. She was even there during our food tasting helping us select our meal for our wedding.
