Some of the reviews on here are no fault of management and completely the residents lack of reviewing their lease on what’s required on their part. I love this community so much and plan on staying here as long as I can continue to afford it. They are continuously working on adding upgrades and amenities for the residents benefits, like their new mini mart they just opened in the clubhouse! How cool! You can see how much money is spent and put into this property and how much they care about curb appeal. Best place I have ever lived at! Everyone in the leasing office is awesome and helpful in anyway they can be.

Amira at Westly is beyond one of the best complex I have ever lived in, especially since I am a very picky person. Amira At Westly checks off all the wants boxes in my book. We call it the Smurf village lol. When we first moved in we wasn’t expecting the complex to be so big, but once we had our move in day, it was like entering a small town village. The palm trees the way the complex is set up is so nice. They have great amenities, I mean the gym! Every time i have a guest over they complement how big and spacious the gym is. The coffee machine they have in the front office has my heart. Its like having a mini Starbucks cafe. The location is right near everything… literally! I can only thank all the front staff for for their kindness and always providing the best for me and the other residence. Brianna is such a wonderful well spirit person, and very understandable. There is this one gentleman who works front staff, I wish i knew his name. Every time I enter the building to use the printer he always has this great positive energy that makes you just automatically want to be best friends with. Sara was also so caring when i had an incident occur. They were quick to fix the issue and make sure i was comfortable at all times. Im glad to say I will be making more memories with the staff at Amira❤️ Heres to another year at Amira at Westly 🏘

Lived here for 3 years, and yes, there are pros and cons just like any apartment complex. As for the complex itself, amenities were sufficient for my needs and the rental prices were okay. I moved out only because I wanted to be closer to the water and in a better area than Town 'N Country. As for the staff, Sara, Brianna and the rest of the office staff are awesome and the maintenance team was always quick to respond to any issues. Great place to start off if you are looking somewhere close to the airport in Tampa and don't want to pay the Westshore-area prices.

I recommend Amira at Westly apartments. I am staying in this apartment from 06/2018. The maintenance team is prompt and resolves issues quickly. The amenities are amazing like swimming pool, fitness center. Package locker is provided in community so that we don`t loose packages. Feature to use your phone to lock and unlock your doors is helpful. I knew Brianna from 2018, she is always friendly and helpful.
