Run as far away from this place as you can. Weller management took it over recently and have ran it into the ground. The people in the office don't care about you at all. They come and rip drywall out of your garage from a leak upstairs and leave it all for you to clean up. And the quality of people that they rent to now has went way down while jacking the rent up. Do yourself a favor and do not come here do not look of coming here and if you know anyone thinking of that warn them off because it will be the biggest mistake they've ever made. The most spacious of apartments we looked at. We have our own garage, fireplace and I have huge furniture which all fits very well. All of the management and leasing staff are very friendly and laid back. We are renewing again and plan on being here a while! The maintenance staff are all very cool also. I would definitely recommend this place, you cannot get the space anywhere else.

The Marquis has been my home since 1999. One of my favorite features is the attached garage.Each phone call to the office is answered by a friendly staff member. I really love and appreciate the prompt communication between leasing office and residents. Many of my neighbors have also been long term renters, just like my family and I. A huge shout out to the best maintanance manager and team !!

100% the absolute worst apartments, run by the WORST management, I have ever seen in my many years of property management. My boyfriend lived here and I would visit him daily (as I lived down one block) after the new management took over I noticed how run down the property got and how many people were moving out. It was dirty, maintenance requests were never taken care of, gate was always broken. When issues would be brought up to management (I would always help my boyfriend write the emails because I had been in property management for years) the manager would reply with the worst attitude and no desire to assist in resolving issues. My boyfriend requested his microwave be repaired multiplied times.... no response. And on top of all of that, he was given a move out letter at the end of his lease, saying he couldn’t renew (mind you he’d lived there for 3 years and was an upstanding resident) when he contacted the manager for an explanation (mind you I wrote the email again, so it was kindly and respectful worded) the only response he received was “legally we do not have to give you a reason.” Given the climate of 2020 and my incredibly boyfriend being a black man, this manager should know better. Absolutely disgraceful. He was an upstanding tenant, never a late payment, never an issue, left the apartment better than he found it. The management is disgusting and they’re lucky my boyfriend just wanted to be done with them.

Although, the apartments include a laundry room with washer/dryer connections, washer/dryer is not included. We do, however, offer washer/dryer rentals for $55.00 per month.

You are responsible for all utilities (water/sewer, trash, electric, cable/internet).
No utilities are included. Water is metered and billed with the rent and residents are responsible for setting up their own electric, cable and internet. We charge $22.00 monthly for valet trash pickup, $5.00 for community compactor (to city), $5.00 HOA.
You can pay your rent on via our resident portal accessible from our website, www.MarquisTampa.com. You may also leave your payment with the office staff in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a grace period until the 3rd.
