If I could leave a zero star review I would. The sheer level of incompetence by the entire organization defies explanation. Suffice it say, they see no problem whatsoever with spending twice as much money is being taken in, letting bills go unpaid for months, only to inform the community who is paying them that 'oh hey, you owe 5 grand in past due expenses'. Their accounting practices seem almost deliberately obtuse, often moving otherwise regular monthly expenses around to make it seem as though expenses and income balance out. Of course, this could also be explained by sheer incompetence as well. The entire team seem to make it their mission to be an uncommunicative as humanly possible, regularly taking days to respond to the simplest email, and often not answering the question that was asked. They also do not appear to actually have a phone, given that its never once been answered. The only positive thing I can say here is that they permitted the community to break contract once the developers interest was over. I believe that speaks for itself. If you're thinking 'oh, surely they can't be that bad', they can. If you're looking for new management, look literally anywhere else. Hire your neighbors oldest child, they'll do a better job. If you are already a client, I'm so sorry. TL;DR : I have to assume CSI stands for 'Clueless, Slow, and Inept'

If this is your HOAs management company, RUN. Our HOA recently dropped them for literally not managing a thing. We apparently were past due thousands of dollars for landscape-their contractor was charging $700 dollars a month to mow a tiny patch of grass and edge. Absolutely outrageous. On our own we found those services (plus leaf removal, seeding, winterizing, weed pulling, trimming hedges, etc. included) for $250 a month with bi-weekly service! CSI also hadn’t kept up with paying our insurance premium on time and we were unknowingly behind on that as well. We only learned this when we started investigating where our monthly payments were going. CSI refused to give us proper documentation of their accounting, which was obviously a disaster. Nicole was inefficient to work with from day one. She does not EVER answer the phone or return calls. Her email responses were not sufficient to address our questions. Do not recommend!

My community is managed by CSI. I like my neighborhood, but I had no good experience with CSI. Edited: today a truck tried to deliver some construction material to my home. We had no idea who ordered it because we didn't. Driver had no idea because the address he had was our address. It turned out it was for HOA for the pond construction near by. Just unbelievable.

It depends what HOA you're in
They do not represent the home owners. Try to attend a board meeting or ask for any written notes and you will be left wanting. They consider their interpretation as the only opinion and not open to discussion.
