Best Ice Cream shop in the Chicago-land area... been a fan for 5+years. First the ambiance is like no other shop, it's decorated from floor to ceiling and it's changed every few months. They offer complementary cups of water and mini orange soft serve. They are cash only so come prepared. 2nd, the staff has always been exceptional, they deal with hundreds of patrons a day and not once have I felt tension or had unpleasant experience from anyone. And lastly their ice cream is the most delicious ever...better than any store bought brands. There is 0 judgement if you want to try all 30+of their flavors, they have options for everyone (Gelato and dairy free). Their house waffle cones are too good..everything is just amazing here, just go!

Was there the evening of 9/12/22. Had stellar service and such genuine kindness from the employee taking care of us. Not to mention the amazing London Fog ice cream!
