Who Polices the HOA and the Property Management Company to ensure the rights of the ACTUAL home owners are not trampled on, abused, or neglected? Is there a HR rep or PR for CSI? Does CSI represent the BOARD only or the actual home owners?

They do not represent the home owners. Try to attend a board meeting or ask for any written notes and you will be left wanting. They consider their interpretation as the only opinion and not open to discussion.

CSI represents the board to the home owners and represents the home owners to the board. There is also a compliance department to keep everyone accountable.
