Hi this is Maggie a resident at Williams Place. I would like to welcome all new and potential residents home! Since moving here we have had the best care and service on the planet from the management and staff. Dan and Debbie ,Mark and Stephanie are on top of everything that makes it a wonderful place to live. The beautiful surroundings are kept immaculate and they decorate for every occasion better than New York City!. There are all the activities you could ever want and anything you need is available! All of the staff are friendly,caring and helpful! I read a review that said they didn't return a deposit but find that hard to believe, knowing the honest and fair treatment we have always received. Our visiting families have loved their visits and are so happy knowing how well we are cared for! On a scale of 1 to 10 we give Williams Pace 100!

Food is unhealthy, managers are terrible and wicked people who operates unjustly. HR protects and supports such poor and unethical behavior. Managers are liars and petty backstabbing people. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here, let-a-lone put your retired love ones here!!! So many much nicer places with kind loving management. Do your research or you will be sorry!

The current management is petty and does not treat the residents with respect. They will decline to serve you if you don’t sit at designated tables in the dining hall. They don’t accommodate for restricted diets. The manager will not listen to the residents for ways to improve the place. If you don’t get along with the manager, you will not have a pleasant stay. The building is in need of repair and is showing it’s age. When my parents moved out after only 3 months there, they continued to charge the rent, claiming we didn’t give sufficient notice- very unethical place. The on site management should be removed.

Hi Marion, we are an independent retirement community. There are some residents that access on-site home health services provided by another company. Thanks

The cost varies by size of apartment you want from 2500ish to 4500. That is for one person. If it is a couple there is an addition fee for the spouse for meals
