I am beyond sad and upset. I've been grooming and caring for my dog and his long silky hair. I wanted and asked for second puppy trim to leave all his hair from his neck, head, and shoulders long but instead, he got this horrible, uneven haircut!!!!!!! I am very mad at this place if you have a poodle and care about his coat take your business to a real professional. I WILL NEVER COME TO HER AGAIN!!!!! You really did a horrible job!!!!!! I asked for my boy to be fluffy from hips to head as a second puppy trim because he will get a continental cut later on but you cut 70% of his head’s coat. My dog came in with ponytails. Next time you have a new customer you should receive the dog not just call 2:30 hrs later. Now I have to wait 4 months at least for his coat to grow!

I had really high hopes for this place after having a horrible experience at previous groomers, but was left incredibly disappointed. My shih tzu went in apparently “matted” even though I truly don’t believe he was, as I comb him very often to avoid that exact thing. I got a call after dropping him off saying they had to go a bit shorted on his LEGS and I gave them the okay for that. When I went to pick him up I got him back completely shaved down besides his head. I genuinely don’t understand why they had to completely shave him down and when I called to complain and talk they said “I should’ve done it myself then”. Really unprofessional and will not be going back. Could not express how bad our experience was here.

I called because I have a cairn terrier that must be hand stripped. Hand stripping is very special and only few groomers are trained and able to do it. It takes more time then a regular groom appointment and cost more. The owner told me to bring the pup in and she will look at her. She has 3 groomer that are trained and able to hand strip. I took Star my pup in and the owner had me leave her. She would hand strip her. The owner is very familiar with hand stripping and grooms show dogs. I left Star at 12p and called them at 3pm to check on her. They were finished and told me I could pick her up. I was happy with the professional grooming results. I was originally going to take Star to Leader of the Pack grooming. But they did answer my email or phone calls.
