Just a little FYI to the company if you read this review please keep her on your team it’s good to know they are still people that conduct great customer service which is super rare to find nowadays. She stepped outside (baby was sleeping in car and I didn’t want to wake him) & helped me download the app and make sure everything was functioning properly up to par. I had originally got a unit the day before realize the entryway would not accommodate most of my items she showed me a few units and was able to transfer me to another unit & still stay within my budget, smooth and easy transition. Side note: The two gentlemen the day prior were also super friendly and helpful as well big shout out to both of you too thank you!

Chris was amazzzing! This particular locale has the BEST customer service & they keep the property exceptionally clean. Your valuables will be safe & secure from humidity & vectors. Just an all around great experience...I am so glad I went with this location. No sketchy vibes here at all. Also, in case you are not sure on what size to select, the 4×6 was perfect for my needs. I saw a 5×6 as well which was nice & ample, but I still have plenty of space remaining with the 4×6...so I went with it because it's a great price with plenty of space.
