We had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm. Fernando greater us as soon as we walked in the door. He was very knowledgeable about his entire stock and was able to answer all of our questions. He asked us a couple of questions about what we liked, gave us some suggestions and then let us spend as much time as we needed testing out the different options. Fernando also gave us a great deal on the mattress. The store is very clean. And because we bounce between MT and AZ, Mattress Firm is national, so warranty work is convenient. If we could give him and the store 10 stars we would. UPDATE: The mattress we purchased had some workmanship issues. So we contacted MF and Fernando. He was great to work with and had a solution to our problem. Workmanship issues happen, what makes a business great is how they deal with them. MF and Fernando get 4 thumbs up. We have a new mattress and getting a great night sleep now. Thank you!!!
