Ok so I had a little accident today at work and hurt my knee pretty bad! I called Dr Dianna Cook Carvey s office and they referred me to med North for x rays ect. I have to say I was expecting to wait a long time and fill out a ton of paperwork sense I had never been there before. Well to my surprise they got me in within 5 min of walking in the door . Took my x-rays and I didn't have to sit there in pain trying to fill out paperwork. They brought a laptop in to the room and the nurse asked me the questions and boom a signature and my paperwork was complete then Dr. Shane Hill came in and was amazing he had already looked at my x-rays and was so awesome about answering all my questions and being so careful with my leg! Just to not have to sit in a waiting room in complete misery was worth the drive 🙂 They seriously listen to you and make you feel 100% comfortable!!

Had the best possible experience. Brief wait. Clear intake procedures. Transparent pricing/insurance policies. Staff were all caring and professional. Doctor was smart, knowledgable, and had time to answer questions. Can't think of any way it could have been better.

We were visiting Glacier National Park and the surrounding areas all the way from NC when our daughter got sick. Luckily, we were in Kalispell when we needed a doctor to treat her because this is where we found MedNorth Urgent Care. EVERYONE, from the front desk staff to Dr. Shane Hill, were professionals. Dr. Hill is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring doctor who actually takes the time to listen to his patients. We wish we could take Dr. Hill back home to NC so he can be our family physician! If you need top notch care, we highly recommend Dr. Hill and his team at MedNorth Urgent Care!
