If I could give a zero I would. We took photos of the truck before, and they are still trying to claim $1500 of exterior damage. We had the truck for one day, made one trip from old house to new house and back to their lot. My husband who was driving has his CDL, we didn’t hit a thing. BE AWARE THEY WILL CLAIM DAMAGES TO GET MORE MONEY.

Went in to rent larger enclosed trailer and the girl said they had none. She said we could get the 5x7. I wanted to look at it personally before getting it to make sure it would work and the girl tells me she's only renting trailers for 5 more minutes!! It was 6:40. I said don't you close at 7? She said yes but she needs to do her closing stuff. Very unprofessional this Uhaul. And after going out to the lot, there were 2 trailers in the size I was requesting.

After leaving a horrible review out of frustration I would like to add a new one along with my apologies! 🙏🏻 We received a phone call from the Manager himself and he was very apologetic and very professional! My wife and I were both extremely impressed with how he handled the situation! Very professional in every aspect of the complaint! After our conversation I was upset with myself for leaving such a horrible review! If there is ever a next time I will stop 🛑 and think before following through with my thoughts out of pure frustration!
