I just moved in and it is absolutely amazing!! Debbie helped my boyfriend and I find our home! She felt like family and was not going to settled unless we were happy! Everyone is so friendly and it is a quiet and safe community. Definitely recommend.

UPDATE SUMMER 2022: Many residents have resorted to buying window AC units because The Grand is too cheap to properly service their HVAC units and it costs a fortune to cool a small apartment. Residents who looked forward to the pool all year were disappointed when The Grand was too cheap to hire a decent lifeguard service resulting in the pool being closed more than it's open. Will residents see a credit or refund? Nope. The sight and smell of overflowing trash is a staple at The Grand and now The Grand has decided to rub it in to residents a little more by deciding to charge each unit monthly for trash pickup because The Grand is too cheap to pay for it. Now we get to pay fees to live next to the trash.

What is the point of having a pool if it is ALWAYS closed? If lifeguards aren’t available, don’t allow children but adults should still be able to go and lay out. Also don’t let the pictures online fool you — the apartments DO NOT look like this. Cracks in walls, terrible paint jobs, third party vendors come in without knocking and without maintenance, they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Carpets are CHEAP. Washers are insanely small. Central air doesn’t work well at ALL on the second floor. Snow removal/salting sidewalks happens days later. If you move here, you’ll have to shovel your sidewalk and put salt down because they don’t do it in a timely manner. The office is rude and flippant. Do not move here, you will regret it. Also, they’ve been removing bad reviews and adding fake ones to increase their rating. Don’t be fooled, this place is a disaster and all they care about is money. People smoke in their apartments/hallways and the office does nothing. It takes multiple requests to get maintenance help.

Lived at The Grand 16 years. Adam - maintenance is the best!!! He resolves the problem goes above & beyond. He'll even resolve an issue he'll notice that wasn't on the work order & he's meticulous in his work. Lucky to have him!! Staff at management office are very helpful as well. They all make living here a safe & healthy environment because they care. Thanks as well to Rhonda Silver Sales Associate.

Is there a reason why the pole lighting in the courtyard of apartments 400-500 and along the walk have not been repaired? They have been out for months a maintenance requests have been submitted but apparantly igniored?

Yeah, it's been 4+ months and they still haven't fixed the lights. The courtyard and parking lots are pitch black during the cold winter nights and it's a safety hazard. They'll continually ignore your concerns claiming an electrician is coming (for months?) but send you a warning email if you leave a chair outside to sit on.....
