They did everything they said they would and did an amazing job. Made several visits and phone calls just to make sure all was going according to plan, and went well beyond our expectations. Thanks for a great experience.

These guys are great. Came out and inspected my roof and gave a fair estimate for the damage that occurred from a storm. I ended up replacing the whole roof. Very accommodating and knew immediately what needed to be done. Once the work was complete, they made sure the site was clean of any nails and debris. Roof looks fantastic and with the new ridge vents, the house feels cooler.

They replaced our roof yesterday. Easy to communicate with via email. Haven’t had a chance to get onto it to check it out but looks good from the ground. Everything was cleaned up well afterwards.

They helped us with a shingles roof replacement, and everything was done in a timely manner. Solid customer service. All our calls and encounters with their crew were professional but also friendly. We would definitely suggest Simi Valley Roofing Crew for any roofing work

Questions & Answers

How do I know whether I just need a simple repair, or if my roof needs to be replaced?

Hey Aidan, thank you for your question! There are a couple of different factors that come into play when deciding whether you should replace your roof entirely, or whether a repair might be enough to hold you over for a while. Some of the things you should consider are: 1) how long do you plan to live in the home, 2) how old is the roof (the older the roof is, the more likely it is that it needs to be replaced, especially if you have a roof with a short lifespan), 3) the amount of damage the roof has (if you only have one small leak or issue, that only covers a small portion of your roof, then a repair could do the trick. If you have multiple leaks, or a single issue that covers a large portion of the roof, then a replacement might be best), and a few other factors. Our team actually doesn't take roof repair projects, only roof replacement and roof installation. But we would be glad to help you determine whether you need a full replacement or just a repair. Please shoot us a call!

How much would you charge for a full roof install?

Hey, very good question, thanks for asking! We know that people hate to hear this, but the honest answer is "it depends". A lot of this comes down to what type of roofing material you use - metal roofing will cost more than shingles or Spanish terracotta roofing, but they all have their benefits. It also depends on the square footage of your roof. What we can say is that we almost always have the most affordable prices for roof installation, replacement, and new roof construction work (we typically don't do roof repair jobs). Why? Well we don't have a sales team, unlike many other companies, which means we have lower expenses and can afford to charge our customers less. Almost all of our customers who price-shop before deciding on us say that we had the best prices available (not to mention the most responsive and transparent customer service).
