The most horrible service after 3 hours they said they came and called my phone and I didn’t receive a call and now when I called the hung in my face and not answering my call this is crazy I hope people read this and call someone else for service

I used this company a few months ago to get my car towed. I'm trying to reach out to them to get an itemized Invoice to summit to my insurance office to get reimburse. I tried explaining to the lady who answered me what I need and she just hung up on me. I tried calling right back and same responds. Terrible customer service.

Really professional towing service I like their flat rate if it's from one city just over to the next and they're able to work with me even though I was not there to pick up the car with them

Although we provide towing service 24 hours per day 7 days a week, our office is closed on weekends and most major holidays. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. If you need to pick up your vehicle or retrieve personal belongings outside of our normal office hours there is a $125.00 After Hours Fee. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle in question and have a valid photo ID as well as registration for the vehicle proving you are the owner.

No, we do not bill any companies for our services. All services are to be paid for in full at the time of service.
We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa and Discover. We do not accept checks for towing services.
Yes we do. We hold lien sales every first and third Thursday of the month ‘dates subject to change’. The gates open at 9:00 am for viewing and the auction starts promptly at 10:00 am. You must be inside the gates prior to 10:00 am to participate. Anyone attending the lien sales must have a valid photo driver license, no exceptions. Click here to view our upcoming lien sales.
