We have had a membership here for quite awhile and have had a good experience until recently. We got a brand new truck and trusted them to take it there and the roll up door at the end by the dryers came down and hit our truck. The guys that were drying were very helpful and directed us to the staff inside the building. When we asked to speak to the owner we were told that he was asleep and they were not going to bother him. The women inside the store front were extremely rude and would not assist us. They were not willing to cooperate until we mentioned we were going to contact the police/authorities to document what happened. And still we have not been able to make contact with the owner. Truly disappointing!!

This place is horrible, and the manager is unwilling to take ownership of any damage done to your vehicle. The stem valve on my tire popped out as we exited the car wash and were about to have the car dried. I notified the manager of the problem, but he denied that his equipment had caused the damage. Although this is not an expensive fix, it would have been nice for the manager to offer some kind of compensation. I had just purchased a monthly pass and regretted it right away bc I felt that I was being blamed for the incident. I was dissatisfied with the car wash as well, there were dried soap spots all over my car. Expected more from this place. Beware of this place! Everything is fine until something bad happens.

I think this may be the last time I use this place. The location is my main reason and the wash is okay, not great but I'm not expecting much for the price. More importantly though, too many employees seem miserable. They often don't talk to you when purchasing, not even a greeting. I've always tipped well but didn't bother with it today.
